Our Mission
Our mission is actually more than just one mission! Our vision is to accomplish several things at once. For instance, one of our goals is, quite naturally, to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost. Another is to teach fellow Christians some of the basic truths that may have been overlooked in the hustle and bustle of the times in which we live...not to change their beliefs, but to strengthen their faith in order that it may be shared with others. The ultimate purpose is to give this life more meaning for us as Christians, so that we can be a living testimony to lead others to salvation through Jesus!
We hope to
have, in the near future, a few pages of helpful hints,
contributed by the "membership"...ideas on how to make life
easier for all of us... such as ideas on removing grass stains
from clothes...things that may not be common knowledge. Money
saving tips (btw, there are some great ones coming!), some
great free (or deeply discounted) stuff, etc.
Perhaps even a recipe "book" of simple, but delectable
treats...just things we can share with each other as brothers
and sisters in Christ! Our way of thinking is that we might as
well get used to each other now...after all, we'll be spending
eternity together! *smile*
Put more simply, it would be safe to say that we hope to lead
and encourage all of us to grow closer to each other, while we
grow
closer to Christ!
(And to lend each other a helping hand on our journey through
this
life!)
